ABOUT THE PROJECT

Problem: After some recent changes to their website Greenhill Recruitment were noticing a decrease in their inbound enquiries to their recruitment website

Approach: Greenhill approached Brick after they had noticed a decline on inbound applications for their jobs. After an initial review we carried out a user journey documenting the customer journey, actions and feedback and looked at ways that the client could improve their search rankings to increase inbound enquiries.

Outcome: After our user journey and web audit a number of key issues were identified that that would have an impact on search rankings.

In addition we defined a content plan for the client, trained staff in how best to use social media to amplify content and increase inbound leads.

Since then Greenhill have noticed an increase of in bound enquiries for the advertised job posts.
