Issue:

Hadleigh Maid is a well-known chocolatier in Suffolk with strong retail sales across a number of well-known retailers, however, online sales were not as strong and suffered from peaks and troughs. They came to Brick looking for some fresh ideas and a marketing plan.

Approach:

At our first meeting we spent the time to understand the brand and the business objectives of the business and the current customers and the new potential customers for this brand. We then carried out a SWOT analysis of the business and developed a marketing plan to support the business.

Outcomes:

Since working with Hadleigh Maid we have developed a marketing plan to support the business involving a regular email newsletter, introduced a tasting club for forward reviews and worked on niche areas for product development in the vegan friendly arena. We have also started some strategic partnerships within the voluntary sector to increase PR, charitable support for our CSR policy and revenues.

 

Brick were quick to identify new methods of engaging our audience and encouraged feedback and rapport to build trust, loyalty, reviews and involvement.
