ABOUT THE PROJECT
Issue: Beaumont’s were looking to reduce the peaks and troughs of sales throughout the year, increase sales from existing customers & find new customers.
Approach: Once we had understood the clients objectives Brick made recommendations on how to build a social media community, increase sales and engagement.
Brick now manages social media for Michael Beaumont’s Butchers producing a monthly content calendar, producing images, photographing all products and designing any social media assets. Brick also manage orders and customer service that may come through messenger.
Outcome: Beaumont’s community has grown 20% since Brick Marketing have been managing their account and increased engagement. They have been able to reach a wider audience and also launch their online order and home delivery service.
