Ellgia is an award-winning, independent waste management and recycling organisation in East Anglia, Lincolnshire and South Yorkshire. They already had a presence on social media but wanted to improve it’s performance.
After carrying out an audit of their messaging across social, web, email marketing and print it became apparent that by improving the consistency of messaging and branding across all media we would be able to have a marked impact on Ellgia’s business objectives.
Brick Marketing was able to assist Ellgia in the development of the strategic marketing plan and define the tactical activities and measurement for all of their marketing channels including social media platforms, email marketing and web.
Since working with Natalie, we have been able to align our social media activity to our marketing objectives which has meant that performance has improved across our social media in terms of engagement and followers. We have also been able to use social media as a more strategic tool for lead generation and targeting new companies. Natalie has managed the scheduling of content, ongoing community management as well as running a number of Facebook Advertising campaigns.
